Return Policy
Please notify us within 15 business days of receipt, if you wish to return any portion of your order. A Return Goods Authorization # is required for all returns. Contact our QA Dept to request an RGA# @ 540-387-0217 ext.209 (0) 540-375-3232 (F) 540-400-2117 (M) 540-400-2117 (M). Returns must be received within 20 days of the RGA # issue date. Parts returned without an RGA# will be refused. Returns must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Credit will not be issued for parts returned that do not meet this criteria, "for any reason". Credit will be issued to the credit card of the original sale. Parts (only) will be credited at the price purchased, less a 15% restocking fee. Customer is liable for all freight changes.
